COVID put a stop to all in-person meetings and tradeshows. The cross-functional team at Deluxe/DFS came up with the idea of a virtual showroom experience that would promote DFS products, but also serve as an educational resource for DFS dealers. Content included videos, PDF sell sheets and selling tips that would be updated quarterly to keep dealers coming back. The virtual experience was promoted through print campaigns, email, and banner ads.
I was brought onto the project shortly after the experience was launched and I worked with a creative director, lead designer, copywriter and the marketing team to update the content quarterly.
The virtual showroom has been well-received by the company’s dealers, as they appreciated the content geared towards specific industries and how it is updated quarterly so the content never became stale. The team was also awarded the 2022 Brand Chain PEAK Award.
