The Challenge:

North Country Tree Solutions approached me shortly after starting their small business. Their direction was that they wanted an image of a pine tree incorporated into the final mark and that they wanted it to look professional. I dove into competitive research and started sketching some thumbnails. I refined them and we settled on this logo incorporating the pine tree image they requested as well as a stump with tree rings in the background which grounds the logo.

A couple years later, North Country Tree Solutions approached me again to design a website for them. They are still concerned with portraying their business as experts in their field. Because of budget and time restraints we chose a Bootstrap template to create the site from. The goal of the site is to reach new customers with an online presence and easy access to their contact information. They also want to educate visitors about their business and services.

Results:

The client has applied their logo to company uniforms, company vehicles and equipment, and print marketing materials. Their business has been steady with many repeat customers and referrals. With the new launch of their website they are hoping to increase their customer base beyond referrals.
